HADS Weather Card is a customizable weather dashboard card for Drag & Drop Card. It provides multiple weather-focused layouts, including minimal weather, gradient sky, info blocks, hourly forecast, seven-day forecast, radar map, temperature trend, sun and moon, and weather alert views.

The card is designed for visual Home Assistant dashboards where current weather, forecasts, temperature trends, sun position, moon phase, alerts, and key weather metrics can be understood at a glance.

It supports weather entities, optional rain sensors, UV sensors, alert entities, forecast data, animated weather icons, custom colors, responsive layouts, and built-in settings. Requirements

Requires Home Assistant with Drag & Drop Card installed.

The card is built as a native Drag & Drop Card component and is intended to be imported directly into a Drag & Drop dashboard.

A Home Assistant weather entity is required for the main weather data. Optional entities can be added for rain, UV index, and weather alerts where available.

Forecast-based layouts depend on forecast data being provided by the selected Home Assistant weather entity. Sun and moon layouts use available Home Assistant sun and weather data where supported.

This upload only uses native Drag & Drop Card helper cards.

Installation notes

Import the provided JSON into Drag & Drop Card using the card import flow.

After adding the card, open the card’s settings menu to select the weather entity, optional sensors, layout style, title, location, units, colors, forecast visibility, metrics, and animation options.

No additional Home Assistant integrations are required beyond the weather entity and any optional sensors you want to display. Forecast, alert, UV, rain, sun, and moon information depend on the data available from your Home Assistant setup.
