1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Home Assistant Dashboard Store (HADS), you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the service.
2. The Service
HADS lets users browse, upload, sell, buy, request, and download Home Assistant dashboard exports, cards, screenshots, documentation, and related files.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, purchasing, selling, or connecting payouts.
4. Creator Content
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant HADS the right to host, display, promote, process, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate the marketplace.
You must only upload content you have the right to share. You are responsible for licenses, third-party assets, trademarks, screenshots, code, and any dependencies included in your upload.
5. Downloads And Licenses
Downloads are licensed by the creator under the license shown on the product page. If no broad reuse license is shown, the content is provided for personal use only and all rights remain reserved by the creator.
6. Payments, Payouts, And Bounties
Payments and payouts are handled through Stripe. Prices, fees, taxes, refunds, disputes, and payout availability may depend on Stripe, the creator account, and applicable law.
Request bounties are released only when the request owner approves a submitted upload. HADS may block, reverse, or review activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or technically unsafe.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not upload malware, stolen content, misleading listings, hateful content, spam, or material that violates another party's rights. You may not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass payment, access, or security controls.
8. No Warranty
HADS and user-uploaded content are provided as-is. Home Assistant setups vary, and HADS does not guarantee that any card, dashboard, dependency, or configuration will work in every environment.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HADS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, Home Assistant downtime, device issues, or damages caused by user uploads or third-party services.
10. Changes
We may update this EULA when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
